BinMaxx is designed for front end loader garbage trucks. Sensors are mounted to the arms of the vehicle making BinMaxx incredibly durable compared to fork mounted scale systems. BinMaxx increases profitability by providing individual commercial container content weigh, allowing you to easily identify non-profitable commercial accounts.
How Does My Scale Work?
The BinMaxx scale system was designed for refuse front-end loader vehicles. Your installer will have mounted deflection sensors on the arms along with proximity switches underneath the truck. These are used to establish a measurement window to dynamically weigh-in-motion full containers to within 40 lbs.
How Do I Use My Scale
BinMaxx’s on-screen menu makes it easy to set up and operate your scale. Drivers can learn to use BinMaxx scales in just a few minutes. To weigh a container, the driver lifts the container, empties it, and returns it to the ground. The display shows the current lift # and net weight of the container. After each lift, the driver can simply drive to the next bin and complete the lift without pushing buttons on the scale. To document the lift with a weight receipt, the driver needs only to push a single button on the display.
